image source hereOver the holidays, pt surprised me with tickets to the Nutcracker. I was beyond thrilled! The sheer beauty and grace of the dancers, their costumes, the stage, the music... talk about an overload of inspiration!

Are they a Balanchine Nutcracker?
I LOVE love love the Nutcracker. More than I probably should! You're super lucky to get to go. We had to skip this year even with 5th row tickets. Lil got sick and it just wasn't worth it to try and solider on.
It's Helgi Tomasson but yes, i do believe based on Balanchine. I hope you get to go next year!
